woshoco (woulda, coulda, shoulda)...never go there, it's a total waste of energy, especially with Tesla. No one can predict a $150 drop in 30 minutes anymore than one can predict a $150 climb in 15 minutes the day prior. Best I can do is to be there to watch it happen and time my click buy/sell.
As far as I'm concerned a $15 spread is all I need to make my day, and if it happens multiple times a day, it makes my week.
The real work is to find a proper balance between the rush of adrenalin and a grounded self, but that's a different story.

  3. Yeah it looks like a good time to dust off the bear playbook for a bit. And you are probably right about the temporary. You know, the '29 crash had a couple of pullbacks and rallies before the final plunge.

If it doesn't gap up nicely tonight then TSLA is going down, and wow look at TQQQ. Same thing. If it is gonna go up it needs to gap up tonight. But I think both are gonna drop a good 4% or more tomorrow. I might go in with some SQQQ. Or maybe not. I am kinda feeling like I just want to stand on the sidelines tomorrow, TBH, and save up my daytrades. I only have one available right now.

Got a few thou in checking left over from paying my 2019 taxes today. I also reactivated my IB account so I might put it all in there along with half of what I got in my Alpaca account. Honestly I liked trading with IB and the extended hours especially were nice. I had bracket orders, too. With two accounts, I get twice as many day trades every week. So there's that. I can take one position a day and always know I can bail, and still do the odd pure day trade when I see a tasty looking setup.

So, there it is. TSLA. The BYND of the auto industry. Everybody is gonna remember these last couple weeks for a long time.

Yesterday was the 2nd lowest volume of the last 10 trading days for TSLA.
