Hey all.... are there any definable career paths out there for traders? For example, if one worked at a prop firm for awhile, is there any next step 'up' in the industry, or is that basically the end of the line? Could one move to a larger firm's desk or into a hedge fund after trading prop or is that just wishful thinking? Want to be able to keep trading if had to move to another employer.... also, anyone know of any good career trading websites?? Many i've seen deal more with sales that actual trading...
