Luckily I don't have to learn all these NB NRB COG BT things. I'd replace all these terms with MAXINGER.
Defo, can't create an IP for something that someone else has already created, unless he bought the rights of them for it ofcourse. Also IP is only valid in the country it's registered in, so he's not a Brit so I'm fine
I think you're approaching this the wrong way. You're assuming I'm claiming IP for the phrase "WRB" or "Wide Range Bar". I've never done such...not possible. In contrast my intellectual property involves specifically what I mention earlier. Regardless, we both know that's not the issue involving this thread. This thread is about two guys that can not take the heat in the Political thread. Baron has been aware about such since Day 1 of this thread. I specifically told him I thought it was a "harmless" thread and I'll keep an eye on it. Actually, no more than any other Political thread. The issue is that this thread is about Wide Range Bar Analysis by someone that admitted in this thread he's confused about the terms. He then try to take two of my key concepts and apply them incorrectly to Wide Range Bar Analysis. Hey, if he wants to try something that many of us have publicly already tried...he can knock himself out with that in an effort to re-invent the wheel. Is there stuff I've never shared...of course and each year I'm developing new stuff, testing new stuff and trading new stuff with the foundation of the old stuff. Yet, don't be mistaken. I'm not knocking Wide Range Bar Analysis nor its creators. I understand the dozen types of variations out there but they didn't go far enough into other areas and most likely never will after all these years. The earlier posted link to a WRB Strategy is something I think actually can be built upon but I'm not going to help anyone with how to use more efficiently someone's else trade method especially something that shares a similar word (WRB) with my stuff. Here's an analogy if your don't understand. I'm not claiming IP on the letter "W" nor the letter "R" nor the letter "D" and certainly not the word "WRB" (actually its not a word) Anyways, gotta go back to the Political threads while you folks discuss Wide Range Bar Analysis as a trade signal strategy. wrbtrader
Somebody tell wrbtrader I don't care about his trade analysis when it comes to Wide Range Bars. I have my own.
Part of the confusion is WRB analysis appears to be applicable to candle bodies or open-high-low-close bars.
