Well Trump said he wants lower prices so I don't think gas at even $2.56 is going to cut it. He is directly going to the source to ask if they can lower oil prices...yep it's that easy.

    This is just wonderful....

This is who they were dealing with before, and they told him to go take a hike and terminated the petrodollar agreement.

I bought eggs for 3 bucks at Aldi yesterday, that is a very reasonable price.

Now I am checking it nationwide, well... Oh wait, this is the oil thread.

Sprouts, Whole Foods & CostCo has had no eggs for 3 weeks straight here in the SF Bay Area. I buy my eggs at the Mexican & Chinese grocery stores. Even there they are about 2X the price still. 12 Jumbo eggs are still at $14.99.

I basically replaced eggs with ground chicken & turkey bacon.

  8. While unrealistic, I wonder if you realize at one time Oil futures went under $ 0 and some people made and/or lost alot of money.

  10. Well..Our new guy is also very very old and even more unpredictable.

My comments on this thread on about volatility and the very good volatility we have been having for trading. Here we are talking about oil futures or an oil ETF.

This volatility may indeed stay around for a while. For new traders: when a big dip in oil or a stock or an index happens within an intraday or intra hour over-sold position..there is an opportunity to take the other side for a short period and do some reversion to the mean. This is also true of a large move upward into intraday or intra hour over bought. Learn a few choice liquid, active stocks. Become a specialists in these stocks. Learn the current Trend and be bias toward that trend.

And also for one of the prime indexes. NQ is very active and has good volatility lately (or QQQ). And Def follow CL (oil)..just as you would a stock or an index. It may be a good time to become kinda of a specialist in Oil. The current trend of CL seems to be downward now. Trade in that bias.. but take the other side of strong moves both ways for short trades.

Trump is very active in making oil statements, promises, predictions and crazy crazy tweets. Volatility trading is the best, most profitable trading.
