Why is it a requirement to have documented cases of widespread vote fraud to require sensible ID to vote? Isn't nipping vote fraud in the bud a good idea? We know in other areas liberals are quite prepared to infringe peoples' rights and impose burdensome requirements merely to assuage their irrational fears, eg gun and climate hysteria.
