Meditation is good but it won't change the negative sum game of trading.

It may help you be more at peace with losing your money though .

What you're describing is investing, not trading.

 

jesus, is this all you talk about on here?!!! Give it a rest. We've all read your arguments over and over again on every thread you can manage to hijack. Whether we disagree or agree, it has been heard so move on. Maybe your right and we should just all buy an index. Or maybe you just suck at trading. Whatever it is, I dont care and I dont think anyone else does either. Let each choose their own style. Why are you on a trading website if you feel this way?

 

He may be describing investing but if you can't beat investing then why are you trading?

The only rational answer I can come up with is to reduce risk by limiting time in the market.
