Let's take a look at California's progressive prison policies -- which allows a biological male with a lengthy history of sex crimes against women to be considered a "woman" and locked up in a women's prison where he proceeds to rape multiple female inmates. Who would've thought this would be the end result.

A transgender-identified California convict with a lengthy record of criminal violence has been transferred out of a women's correctional facility and back to a men's prison after being indicted for rape.

Tremaine "Tremayne" Deon Carroll, 51, is an incarcerated biological male who identifies as a woman and faces two charges of forcible rape and one of "dissuading a witness from testifying" in Madera County, according to a criminal complaint first obtained by Reduxx, a feminist news and opinion website, and later reported by JustTheNews.com.

One of the alleged victims of the Jan. 30 incident is a biological female, identified as Jane Doe in court documents, who said Carroll attacked her in the shower at the Central California Women’s Facility and raped her. The complaint also mentions another unidentified victim.
Carroll has since been transferred to Kern Valley State Prison, a male-only facility in Delano, online records show.

Women's rights activists tell Fox News Digital that Carroll, who was the public face of a campaign to support California law SB 132, which allows transgender prisoners to be housed in a facility consistent with their gender identity, is a case in point why the law harms incarcerated women

"Previous to SB 132, biological male inmates were allowed to, on a case-by-case individualized basis, be placed in women's facilities. But not if they hadn't had surgery, and it was always very individualized. What the bill did, what SB 132 did is it took away all of that safeguarding," said Lauren Bone, legal director of the Women's Liberation Front (WoLF).

WoLF is a self-described radical feminist organization that opposes policies that permit biological males in women-only spaces. The group currently represents four female inmates in a lawsuit against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitations (CDCR) that seeks to have SB 132, which is called the Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act, declared unconstitutional.

"[SB 132] took away the ability to make individualized case assessments. It made it illegal to discriminate on the basis of anatomy and including things like hormones," Bone said. "You don't have to identify as a woman anymore. You can identify as non-binary or many other things. And so, what the results are is that there's 50 men who are housed there. There are hundreds more on a wait list, who are still being processed. Nearly all of them have penises."

Carroll is one of several female-identifying biological males represented by the American Civil Liberties Union, Transgender Law Center and Lambda Legal who intervened to oppose WoLF's lawsuit in August 2023. In sworn testimony, Carroll stated, "I know what it feels like to live in fear and to carry the weight of the past abuse by men. But I am not a threat."

Less than a year later, Carroll would be accused of rape.

Florida Supreme Court backs Ron DeSantis on removal of Soros-backed prosecutor

The Florida Supreme Court ruled in favor of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' decision to remove a Soros-backed prosecutor on Thursday.

DeSantis had suspended State Attorney Monique Worrel in August 2023, accusing her of "dereliction of duty" when it comes to crime. Worrel sued for reinstatement, arguing her removal was an "arbitrary, unsubstantiated exercise of the suspension power." Thursday's 6-1 ruling shut down her plans.

"We cannot agree with Worrel that the allegations in the Executive Order are impermissibly vague, nor that they address conduct that falls within the lawful exercise of prosecutorial discretion," the opinion read.

The Soros Sisters: Kim and Kamala

In keeping with Soros’ views on criminal justice, Harris as California Attorney General decided to do away with the old-fashioned business of charging criminals with retail theft.

And Kim Foxx, her spiritual sister in Cook County followed suit, dropping the stuffy practice of charging criminals with crimes.

In 2020 Soros prosecutor Kim Foxx released this gushing message on “X” to praise Kamala Harris’ soon-to-fail presidential campaign.

“I’m so excited that @KamalaHarris has decided to run for president. I would not be where I am today without her guidance during my first run for political office, and she has continued to mentor me as I work to reform the criminal justice system in Cook County. —KF”

Where once retail theft (shoplifting) were crimes, under the Soros prosecutors like Foxx they disappeared.

That isn’t to say that theft magically vanished, because it didn’t. And small businesses continued to shut their doors because they couldn’t survive. But the thieves were not prosecuted.

Progressive Los Angeles DA George Gascón ousted as California voters get tough on crime

LOS ANGELES (TNND) — Progressive Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón was voted out of office Tuesday after a term that was fraught with controversy.

Former Assistant U.S. Attorney General Nathan Hochman is slated to take over the position. Hochman ran his campaign on a promise to “restore” the district attorney’s office in the wake ofGascón's relaxed policies.

“Like millions of Angelenos who love this place, I am shocked and disappointed at how our public safety has seriously worsened over the last four years under current DA George Gascon,” his campaign website reads. “Violent crimes and property crimes have surged during Gascon’s time in office, which is exactly what you would expect when criminals are released under the most lenient criminal justice policies, not prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and let out of prison before they have served their full sentences.”

Felony shoplifting cases surge 154% under new state’s attorney

CHICAGO — Shoplifters in Chicago are being slapped with felony charges 154% more often under Cook County’s new state’s attorney than they were under Kim Foxx’s administration.

Retired justice Eileen O’Neill Burke took office on December 2 and immediately followed through on her campaign promise to adhere to state law by pursuing felonies against people who shoplift merchandise worth more than $300. Foxx ordered prosecutors to withhold felony charges unless the value exceeded $1,000 or the accused shoplifter had ten or more previous convictions.

  8. Let's just say that in the Golden Age coming that having a felony on your record and being an illegal immigrant will not be a good combination- so that is an additional consequence of upping the shoplifting charge to a felony.
