Smoking out the Bears.

Each bear will have to be bull before the mkt has any chance of receding. we are getting very close - i put the mkt at 90/10 bulls to bears.

actually bulls will actually have to commit a position. lots of investors will turn scalpers once the indexes go south due to 2000-02 "pullback". heheh.
