You're making an assumption that someone cared? No one who had a normal childhood turns out like that.

Now what would stop someone from taking unsolicited absentee ballots and using that information to fill out blank ballots at the polling stations.

 

First election?

Just prove it, dont post grainy random footage, send this data to the FBI and am sure arrests will happen within hours.

 

If I were a raging baby for the last four years I would be licking my chops for the opportunity to fill out those empty ballots if I worked at the polling station. Those along with the unsolicited mail-ins... boy oh boy... where's my bucket of ink.
