Hi, Does anyone else find it strange that DIA, SPY, IWM, and MDY have broken out of their bases to the upside, even QQQQ with SMH lagging? Usually, NAS leads and SMH leads NAS. I've never seen SMH lag so badly (not even broken out) while QQQQ and everything else is moving. Maybe its time for a long SMH short QQQQ play, but I'm being very selective about what I play right now Thoughts?
