Have thought about it and joked about tossing monitors out the window, but haven't done it. The worst I have done is grab the gun and load a clip. Went into the basement and killed a bunch of boards, and the arm of a couch. Also almost went deaf as I forgot my earplugs and over ear protection. Holy crap did my ears ring. That was after the first shot. Went and got the ear protection for the rest of the clip. Yes, I have it set up safely. From only 20 feet away 9mm can cruise through quite a few .5 in thick pine boards. I have about a thousand of them in the basement from when the kids were in Tae Kwon Do, and they got to keep the boards they broke. I vent and move on, and for me it works. My head is clear quickly, and I can refocus. Only problem is my kids know every bad word from being home with me over summer vacations.
