OP's article reflected the frustrations of alpha career women attempting to engineer themselves into what in their minds is an "ideal" marriage or life partner - which is, of course, irrational because unless that "ideal" partner is a submissive cuck then therein lies the quandary. A successful attractive male will almost certainly have his own construct of an "ideal" partner.

I doubt that anyone can manipulate or engineer themselves into a successful long term relationship unless there is a an accepted severe bias in financial resources - and the women cited in OP's original thread weren't looking for that.

It's really not about what men want - that's always remained the same. In the US, the dynamic paradigm shift working against women is the institutional (legal) disincentives for successful MEN to marry or father children. And that's just a fact.

Well, we could ask the experts:

"So who do these women want to settled down with?

The biggest thing is being commitment-minded, but number two is being bright and having a good sense of humor. There are also expectations that men will care about what they're putting out there. A woman who is beautiful and takes care of herself, well...like seeks like."

If that is truly the extent of these successful women's expectations then I'm sure all their dreams will come true. Those sources sound like the universal default dating profile of every male on a dating site.
