  1. 7/11/13 - p/l +$257.46 Realized Gain (covered 1620 puts from yesterday) + 1 ES trade. Confusing day, not expecting such a large gap up on Bernanke's speech. Wasted time selling more ES puts worth next to nothing.

  3. Check the previous summary. It doesn't calculate 1620 puts that were sold @ 1.383 avg - realized gain today when covered.

  5. 7/12/13 - p/l +$205.82 (let 6 ES 1660P expire at close)
Didn't see any high probability trades for most of the day. I felt the market was going no where so I sold some ES puts that expire today. If ES would have broke below 1666 I would have covered them for a loss. I saw buy side strength at the close 3:41pm, So I went long at 1671 with a 1670 put @ .50. With the buy side strength (which many traders see at a Fri close) I decided it was worth 1.5 points risk.

  7. 7/15/13 - p/l +$137.94 (1 3-lot ES scalp for +1) Early morning I was anticipating a test of the PP 1670 and a possible long after a (10:30am reversal) but it never materialized. Went long at 2:20pm as strength showed into happy hour (continuation of the early morning trend). I continue to have a long only bias due to price action. Obvious ES level I am watching is 1680.25 (previous intraday high on May 22) and of course 1700 if that breaks.

  8. 7/16/13 - p/l +$96.38 (1 winning ES trade, 1 losing YM trade, 1 Winning ES put trade). Made a mistake early and bought a few YM as the market looked weak, looking for a lazy scalp. Cost me -$168.04, used booktrader with no stop but when weakness continued I closed it before a major loss. I was waiting to short ES after on any 2-3 point pullback but none came. When I saw a double bottom around 1:15-1:30 in the ES at 1666.50, followed by strength I went long @ 1669.50 with a stop at 66.25. This trade sent me into the green for the day. Last trade was around 35 minutes. Video is below.
