I'm looking to move out of my home office and into a small office. I have looked around my area (DC suburb of McLean, Fairfax, Reston, etc). All I can find are these expensive executive suites with more services than I care to pay for. If anyone knows someone who works in an office with a room that they wish to rent out, I would be more than grateful to get a referral. In fact, I will pay a finder's fee. Any pointers welcome.
