    Yes -- a division of GE has the contract for providing physical equipment for destroyed sub-stations and installing it. They do not have a contract for restoring power lines.

    Have you compared those rates to similar situations?

    If they are not market rates, PREPA can fire them right now.

    The first post is some tinfoil hat conspiracy including the Trump admin without any proof whatsoever.

    If PREPA didn't have the funds for a down payment, please provide some other contracts that they could have executed.

    Exactly and their contract was for 280 million and they are not getting above market rates with no audit clauses.
