I never try to personalize it on the basis of someone else's wealth unless that was the exact point of the discussion. What does my wealth have to do with this discussion? And how would you possibly know about my wealth? Just because I consider the transaction in OP ridiculous makes you draw conclusions about my wealth? It's just outright bizarre.
You forgot to mention that I have been to NZ a lot of times. And 70 or 80 other countries. Now I get it. Some on this website are absolutely consumed by sheer jealousy. I thought so far it was pure lack of intellect but it seems apparent it's all about jealousy for some. Can we get back to the main topic now?
Apparently the shittiest place on the entire East Coast. But hey, it has a Bart station muuuaaaahhhhh
You forgot to mention the driveway has to be kept in pristine working condition (not just maintain it) by the owner.
Your perception of value varies depends on wealth. What appears to be expensive to you is not to someone else because they have more wealth. A wrist watch may cost $25 but a wealthy person may spend over 100k. Who are you to say what is right or wrong for someone else. Do you know the 700k property buyers motive? Maybe he knows something you don't.
LOL sheer jealousy! The cry to evade and change topic because you have no legs to stand on. LOLOLOOLOLOL. List your countries and post a pic of your passport pages. 100:1 odds in escrow you can't. No we can't go back to the main topic just because you are crying. You're a fucking joke.
A seller's market again as Bay Area prices surge, supply dwindles The housing crunch in the Bay Area is intensifying, after new listings for homes plunged 12 percent from the same period last year and the median home price climbed into double digit increases year over year. Hey Zzzz1... you're living in the #1 most over-valued RE market in the world. How much would someone pay for that shack there? Without BART. https://www.forbes.com/sites/ellens...t-expensive-cities-in-the-world/#4f65613b6164
