Is slowing growth bullish, seems it is today.
"Slowing growth" is bullish if:
1) everyone expected no growth at all.
2) people feared that too much growth would trigger inflation and higher interest rates
It sure is when everyone is bearish and expecting a crash, pecfect time for a bear squeeze.
One day doesn't make a trend...
still have not broken the downtrend 40 day SMA from May.... no bulls yet, just numbers
