I have finished my bottle of ACV. Then I realized I have some sort of Amish product in the cabinet. It was made for leg cramps and it does work! The ingredients are ginger, garlic and ACV. Since the bottle is much smaller, I use it as my travel ACV. I drink moringa (somebody mentioned it in another thread) and dandelion teas. Neither of them are tasting anything special so I put honey and ACV into them and then they taste like lemon tea...
I used the Bragg ACV Cocktail recipe [acv, water, sweetener] for leg cramps when I was walking a lot a few years ago. I had leg cramps every night until I took the cocktail in the afternoons. It was 100% effective. Supposedly it's an old time secret of European farmers. They would hit the ACV in the afternoons and it helped them to work those long hours that go with farming.
