I don't who they are off the top of my head, but I know there are a couple guys on here that trade earnings and corp events volatility. Whether it it be calendars, long/short straddles, stock, etc. for pre or post events. Any one interested in getting a slack group together? I like slack because I can also connect some rss feeds and email alerts right into separate channels to keep track of when companies confirm or change an earnings date. I'm generally short index volatility at the front end of the term structure and hedge it off with longer-dated stock and index options when implied volatility is cheap. Some of those hedges become earnings trades as time goes by, so I end up having to manage positions that way.
