Perfectly SPOT ON! In spite of cries, "housing bottom is in", it could be the housing bottom won't be seen until 2012-2014?... and we'll be seeing "recovery" from MUCH lower levels...
And as we ALL know, a bull market in the U.S. stock market indices cannot happen unless there is a bottom in housing. Has anyone here on ET ever been through more than just 1 bull/bear market cycle? Sheeeeesh!
Yes, there is only a catalyst when you say there is one! The market can only rally when you think it can? One day you will learn the brutal lesson that whatever opinion you have for the markets, you only have to cut your losers and let your winners run. You're doing the exact opposite, averaging into losers fading every move you deem 'irrational'. It works for a while, until you get taught a very expensive lesson.
It is quite clear, that SKF is not suitable to hold overnight unless you want to assume a big risk. The announcement of the financial rescue of the banks affected by the subprime issue, demolished the share. It is better to use this share to make day trading only.

Please.. watch to the intra-day charts along the last 3 days The wave 1 occurred on Monday, the big black candlestick of yesterday was really a wave 2 and today begin the wave 3. In candlestick it is not clear... but with the line chart it can see quite clear THE VOLATILITY OF THIS SHARE IS IMPRESSIVE !!!
I don't believe that S2007S I am seeing a very strong "up trend" in this share. Is has all the appearance of a wave 3. May have a lateral movement, but a big deep to 125 ...is very rare that occur
