Anyone is welcome to look back at my thread history. I have been saying for months now that Beto O'Rouke will fizzle out and become irrelevant. I didn't think he would lose his momentum this quickly. You have a few identity politics hold-outs but the majority can see now that Biden is the guy now. I think he will pick Kamala Harris as his VP. Biden-Harris 2020 is the ticket.
Sure. The American public is ready for the first female VP who slept her way up to the top. No way. It's just insulting. She's insulting. She needs to just quit and go work at the Bunny Ranch.
In regard to Beto, I am sticking with what I posted on Feb 28: "As I have said before, I still consider Beto to just be a regional candidate. He did something, somewhere in Texas versus Ted Cruz and I guess it was exciting and expensive and he lost. Not sure why the country needs to take notice now that it is over."
When it comes to black voters its not a question of if they will vote for dems but turn out.In 2016 Hillary got just as many white votes as Obama got in 2012,but she got 8% less black voters than Obama did in 2012.They didnt vote for Trump but they stayed home.Black voters made the diffrence in 2012 too,if Obama had gotton the same black voter turnout that Hillary did Romney would have been president. Black voters might be pissed off enough at Trump that they come out like they did in the mid terms and others elections like Doug Jones and Ralph Northem even if no black person is on the ticket but to be sure if the candidate is white they should pick a black VP imo.If Hillary had picked a black VP she would president today imo.
Black voters wont care about racist republican smears against Harris. It just pisses them off and make them eagar to come out and vote for her just like all the insults to Obama made them eagar to go vote for him.
Hmm to me it seems more Black voters will really only mean just larger margin of victory in states they would win anyway...not a complete turn around of various red states they will need to win.
