skakel sentencing

  1. many people on the news channels are discussing the sentence for michael skakel's murder conviction. it's a hot topic because the crime was committed when he was 15 and now he's an adult. after thinking about it, i think i've come to a reasonable conclusion:

if he confessed or was convicted as a juvenile, then sentence him as a juvenile. if as an adult he voluntarily admitted guilt because he knew better as an adult, i would lean towards a lesser sentence. however, the more time he let pass as an adult without admitting guilt should mean more time in jail. since he never came foward, and even til the present (after conviction), he still tries to get away with it, i would go with the harshest penalty i could.

many of you say, maybe he's innocent...but, GET REAL!

  2. Of course, how can you ignore the literal tons of physical evidence? :D
