Hi EliteTraders, Sorry for the late posting of October's results. October has been a tough month for a lot of traders, (and we have no problem admitting that we have had a bad month). We’ve had erratic breakouts/breakdowns mixed with false breakouts/breakdowns, crazy news + elections, the reopening of the investigation against Hillary and the Comey letter which could be released at any moment. We didn’t get filled on a bunch of trades that would have worked out to be positive by a tick and we got stopped out on a bunch of trades at the bottom of the move and then market turned around to a would be positive trade. No excuses, as you are only as good as your last trade! But sometimes you have negative weeks, and sometimes you have negative months – that’s unfortunate but unavoidable. It was prudent for us to trade very conservatively in the last 1/3 of the month as the market was just not giving us anything. Here are the results: There were a total of 16 trades. 3 trades we got out flat, 1 trade we got out for a loss of 0.75 points, and another trade we got out for a loss of -1.25 ES points. 1 trade we got out for a positive +3 ES points. 1 trade some traders got filled on (as we got in exactly at level) and was +6 ES points, but not everyone got filled. So for those that did not get filled they canceled the order. 10 trades were for a full positive 6 or minus 6. We were correct for 3/10 trades and had a loss of 23 ES points on Eagle strategy. Other strategies we were either flat or up a bit, but definitely nothing to write home about.
