Single Stock Futures

  1. Hello

    I have been using SSFs lately, and notice the margin seems to be about only 15% (on IB) yet I read on the SSF exchange site that they require a 20% margin.

    Also, it does not seem possible to enter a limit price, it only seems to trade at the market price.

    Does anyone have any experience with these issues?
    Any comments appreciated.
     
  2. I've entered limit prices with SSF's to initiate swing positions. There is not much liquidity so it takes longer for these prices to fill.
