Simplicity in TA

  1. Good God, now the thread is screwed.

For the record, I take Xspurt ANY day of the week before this Hershey tool. Let alone Ammo and Red.

Call the cops, insane man on the loose! lol

  2. Is this what the CW calls fear, anxiety and anger?

    Hid under the bed

    And thanks for the encouragement.

  3. No its called preaching like God without an ounce of credibility.

Your ambiguity in explaining things surpasses, well, pretty much everyone.

I read you and I hated reading you, probably moreso than anyone else on this board.

    You make bullshit taste sweet.

Xspurt said two days ago he was major bearish. Have you happened to notice where the big three closed to end the week?

Jack, as far as I remember from our talks and your threads a few years ago you rely heavily on volume. What do you use to measure volume of EURUSD?

  9. As you surmised, there has to be a leading stand in for volume in this type of market. There is. Thats why I was leaning on the RDBMS aspect of information.

Since I am not into probability, etc, I had to look into the power of dealing "relatively" with the Data Base.

The lead/lag clue of volume/price is paralleled by another direct pair of values when only price is available.

As someone pointed out, the OP is X. This person is fine with that. The fact of the matter is what is important is knowing before X becomes Y, that this milestone in the middle between X and Y is the "tell" that could be discussed.

I was recommending a leading indicator of the X where X was the end of the week condition.

In markets that are maturing, adding volume as a variable doesn't happen right away. So a stand in is used.

The OP is not introducing many degrees of freedom regarding his use of market variables.

Someone drew a line and extrapolated it into the future. I pointed out that in that vicinity there was a WWT phenom available.

"Inside" the very slow analysis fractal now used in this thread, is a great deal of information that can be used for making money. But since any principle that is of value works on all fractals, not changing fractals also works.

If you have a measure that becomes a constant intrabar, then and only then, can you look at the RDBMS signals for the significant volume stand in that behaves in place of volume.

I'm not inclined to post in this thread because of the narrowness of viewpoints. The public subscribes to any approach that satisfies their beliefs and/or goals. I'm more into taking the full offer of the narket by carving turn during times of anticipated change. I don't do reaction.

  10. Newbie ends when the CW emotions are hooked up. Leaving beginner levels is over at that time.
