Quah - no i didn't include any commissions, i was just seeing if it held any validity what so ever. Trading it like he had it over the 2 months there were 3 days with no trades and that would be covering 42 trading days, so 39 trades. Trading it with the 1:00 measurement yielded 2 days with no trades in the past 2 months so that would be 40 trades. Pierson
So, using 1 contract as an exmaple - The first method gave a gross of +25 points or +$500. Using IB as an example $4.80 per R/T commish - $187.20 in commish - leaving a net of +312.80 for 2 months of trading. The second method - gross +17.5 points or +$350, $192 in commish and net of $158.00 for 2 months of trading. What does that tell you?
