%% Pentacostal Preacher Jentzen Franklin said ''Adam + Eve is the church on low attendance Sunday'' Funny + true.....................................................................[Genesis 2]
Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime Give a man a profitable trade and he'll profit for a day. Teach a man to trade profitably and he'll profit for a lifetime. Teach a man religion and he'll die praying for a profit.
%% Good points; but even errors can be profitable in an up/trending bull market. Like apples of gold in settings of silver is a word [right rule]in due season. Prove 25 ;11 NKJV, NIV /others
True....so long as you are buying and not selling in that bull market. Some people (like me) have to work at using self-control to not countertrend trade. "A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back." Prov 29:11 A sure way to lose money is to trade according to emotions, but an experienced trader will patiently wait to trade with a trend.
%% People curse anyone withholding grain; blessings on the head of one that dispences[ sells] it. PROVERBs 11 ,Tree of Life Version
“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field." Matt 13:45. A profitable system in trading is not easily found. When you do find it, you don't tell everyone about it, but you plan your future to capitalize on that find. You "go all in." Just kidding. Make a plan to safely stay afloat long enough for the probabilities to play out. And factor in trader errors or trader abandonment of trading rules. Make a lot of safety nets. I'm still in the planning stage. Planning lots of safety nets. Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed. Proverbs 15:22 The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty. Proverbs 21:5
%% That parable pattern is like the pearl dealer, same chapter, student of the markets. WHILE it can pay to specialize, that parable really doesnt teach ''you go all in '' as i think you know. [1] Proverbs 6/ ant savings account example; some go '' all in'' a savings account, not me [2]Plenty of buy + sells in Bible[Matt 25, Proverbs 31....] But salvation is a free gift, , not for sale. Jesus is the one that went ''all in'' , for us Good points on safety nets,
