I've used Sierrachart for years. I don't use the spreadsheets. I have no problem with the c++ environment and all the wrappers and all. I have no problem with the developers either. If you can give them a specific example, some code that doesn't work that obviously should, they will fix their stuff in a day! Other developers can take years. The documentation is sort of difficult at times. I'm self-teaching myself c++ and I have to fish all over the place to find examples. The best thing to do is to open the programming environment, open every bit of source code they provide and then use the search function to search all open docs...
