Well, you keep reappearing with a different alias, which limits the effectiveness of the ignore function.

Back in the 60s there were church hospitals where doctors worked for low wage.
No one was ever turned away.

You also have to stop conflating healthcare with insurance. They are mutually exclusive. It's a common Lib tactic.

How do poor people afford iphones in a market driven system? You think apple cares about the poor? Nobody can afford the exclusive system we have now which the government supports with laws and regulations. What is needed is high risk health care. That is healthcare which has no government supervision and you agree not to sue. You buy it at walmart or cvs. How much would your medicine cost on amazon? Don't forget, they are having a Father's Day sale on knee surgery. If you don't need it now, the coupon is good for 5 years.

No additional details either. Nobody on the street has the slightest idea what changes he or she is gonna face. No safety, no security whatsoever.

Oh right, I almost forgot, it's up to the hope of people in pharmaceutical firms that they exercise restraint and lower their cost they charge. Right, and what exactly makes those firms charge less? Or what makes those insurers charge less and put more pressure on pharmaceutical firms and hospitals? Have they not been sleeping in the same bed for the past 40 years? What made them change their attitude now with even less government intervention and regulatory oversight?

How much should a broken arm cost to fix? $100? $1,000? $10,000? Ever heard of a Spencer steak helpless parasite? Did you even have a brain before it was washed by the communist party? Put your class envy aside for just a moment before you post more garbage. Is everyone in your country as ignorant of economics as you are? Is there anything in your life you don't want the government to price fix?

I belong to the top 1% and think pure capitalism has proven to lead to broad based destruction. I want to have greedy people capped. Greedy corporations limited. There should be limits to how much utilities can charge. Utilities should all be in public possession not in private hands. That should include hospitals. The insurance industry should be strictly regulated. Doctors should be paid a fixed and equal amount for each service performed, as defined by a regulator. Doctors who earn insanely more than others should be investigated and if they earn more because they service more patients then no issue, if they earn more because they perform unnecessary procedures they should get a warning and if that continues they have their licenses revoked. If a doctor wants to earn more then he has the free choice to emigrate to Qatar or Rhiad. How I described it is EXACTLY AND PRECISELY the system in Germany and it has proven to be the best and most affordable health care system in the world. The second best does not even come remotely close.
