As stated previously, I am not a day trader, but I still spend hours in front of the screen in corporate finance. The last thing I want to do to unwind is spend more time in front of a different screen watching TV. I prefer to get OUT. I'll take martial arts classes, ride my mountain bike or play soccer/football with my son. Something outdoors, out of my office (home or work office).
