Should we ignore loss in Forex Trading?

yes no way to avoid losses after having good knowledge and experience. so we should take losses easily

 

last news trading i did huge loss , actually news trading is very risky and this is so volatile in this market place.

 

when i try to avoid losses in that time , faced so many losses instant , i dont know why.
