Should US open economy sooner in May or wait more.

  1. What did my great grandpa do before there was any A/c. Now that was a REAL MAN. These snowflakes today can’t stand a little heat or do any gardening.

  2. Gotta stay home for a few weeks and now just as soon die? Somebody might need to tell her “this is living.” This is the way life is. A pandemic is here. People got to deal with it. People can’t just go out to their favorite bar and get drunk. Your “mate” would probably be singing another song if she were in the hospital on a ventilator enduring the pain in the lungs and not being able to breathe well. Actually, she probably would not be singing at all. She ought to be grateful it has not hit her and all she has to do is stay home and be bored a bit until it passes. I have never seen such a generation of whiners. Buckle up or buckle down!

this is tough question for many countries to answer

poor people has virtually no savings. they must work so as to survive day by day.
they want economy to open up immediately.

rich people has more than enough money to last for generations.
    they value health and safety.
they don't want people to move around till covid is under control.

then you also have people in between.
    They are quite rich.
they want economy to open up so as to earn more money.

  6. I’m not presuming to say “your mate” is a whiner. I was talking in general terms about this present generation. Some folks can’t deal psychologically with stuff like this. If she is one she may need to seek professional help, that's all. Her just as soon letting the virus kill her is not a solution.

  7. We have long enough time since these states opened. For this time already will be evidence that number of covid19 exposed people would increase. It’s not happened so far. Other hand if we don’t open we will have a Great Depression knocking. In two weeks we may have 25% unemployed. We have to move on!

  9. Didn’t they just open like less than 5 days ago? How could that possibly be enough time?

  10. Overnight

    Overnight

Yer not following the daily Cuomo briefings, and what do you mean when you say "We've had enough time since the states reopened?" They just started doing that yesterday!? So 24 hours is enough time?

Oy! Give it until middle of July. That is when the real shit-show starts.
