It is the criminals and crazies who should not have any guns but, Democrats allow loose gun control in their extreme liberal cities and states then, blame the guns for the deaths that they help create? Now, if the Democrats strictly, enforced gun control laws on the books and charged and prosecuted criminals and crazies, there would be less of them out there. A good number of them would be locked up, and not able to threaten the law abiding citizens out there. One more fly in the ointment is certain races, blacks and so called people of color can commit crimes and given a slap on the wrist even if they shoot and kill others. The race card gets played and you cannot charge a black person because it would be racist and this person grew up disadvantaged or whatever crap they can think of.

Several states do not. This doesn't mean that there shouldn't be some culpability by those who own the guns having their kids or others take them and use them for violence. There absolutely should.

You won't find any more avid 2A supporter than I around here, but the right to bear arms comes with a responsibility to ensure they are safely guarded and not used for ill.

  8. If the law does not address it the humonguous lawsuit from the parents of the dead kids hopefulyl will. Those parents should be sued into the poorhouse. Just think if the Sandy Hook shooter's mom was not such a fucktard we would not have all those dead children and teachers.

Gun laws are more lax than driving laws in this manner.

It will be small recompense when the parents find out there is no money to be had. its not like these people are tycoons.

But the father should be locked up along side the kid. Once fathers see that they can be held accountable, they should be a lot more careful.

We had a similar event in Tampa - in our neighborhood. A father - who was a cop of all people - had a loaded gun in his bedroom. His argument was the bedroom door was locked. But his kid had friends over and they were smoking pot and playing video games. One of the friends said he was looking for a bathroom - gets into the bedroom, gets the gun and thinks its fun to play with.

Shoots the kid who lives there in the head, kills him. This father paid the ultimate price for his stupidity, as he lost his own child. I was SOOO fucking pissed off. So avoidable.

  10. Indeed.

In the Rittenhouse case, Grosskrotch was concealed carrying a pistol without permit and brandished/threatened, thereby victimizing Rittenhouse with it. He was clearly in violation of state gun laws, just by being there with the concealed weapon, regardless of whether one agrees or disagrees with what his interaction with Rittenhouse was.

How we coming along with prosecuting him on that?

    NEVERMIND.
