I don't think those people are going hunting for Moose, Deer, Bison, Black Bear, Caribou, Elk, Grizzly bear, Pheasants, or Ducks. :D

Anybody have any stories of daycare kids (mass shootings) by a toddler ???

I vaguely remember an old documentary, It's Alive (?), about a killer baby. But that kid was born with mutations, claws and fangs.

  3. Correct. Students have to pass through neighborhoods- to and fro- that are so bad and subject to so much other crime that schools are or could be a step up. Nevertheless, what goes on in those schools as far as danger, low-life, behavior and de-socialization of childen is abominable and that is without even getting to the fact that they often/usually are severa grades behind.

I have redirected both you and Usual Tard to the fact- several times over- that the issue is larger than just school shootings even though that is the only issue on your minds. And no, my point is not offtopic bejust because it is not mass school shooting exclusive. School kids are getting plenty of exposure and risk from guns as part of their daily life to and fro to school. Inside and out.

This kid didn't look like he had mutations, claws, and fangs. Just irresponsible gun touting parents.

Correction your issue is you are trying to push a food stamp dressed up as a voucher to be some sort of panacea to all of the ills of America than addressing the issues head on.

The problem with all of the gun violence is all of the guns. Unless you give American kids a school voucher to a Canadian school it will not help.

Vouchers will not make American school kids anymore safer. You’re pushing a gimmick. If want school vouchers or charter schools for some real reason that actually might make sense then just say it but pushing it as solution to school shootings is obviously off the mark.

It will be a slog but the first step is we have to have accountability for the guns in America ie registration. And those guns must be produced yearly to prove you’re still in possession. This will clean up the black market.

This whole voucher nonsense is the latest grift being pushed by private schools to get even more tax payer money from the cookie jar. It started under Ditzy Devoss and it's a absolute non-starter. Might as well issue vouchers for gun safes, it might have a bigger impact.

  9. Yeh, and similarly, according to your usual binary thinking, if your daughter keeps getting harassed and sexually assaulted down at the local school there is nothing you can do about it other than send them to school in Canada.

Having choices of other more secure, smaller population school options, where parents all know each other and where parents know all the other kids would not help at all in your binary mode of thinking.

Dream on. Meanwhile millions upon millions of parents around the country are thinking that even though many problems cannot be solved totally, that having a range of options and causing schools to have to meet your demands to get your school voucher allotment would be a GREAT START. Not you though. All or none.
