You're kinda stating the obvious... A trained fighter of either sex can knockout 99+% of the population, male and female. The only iffy prop is the small fighter/very big male combo...

Lol Any trained fighter against a street fighter will be a beat down. *edit - if the trained fighter was also a guy, it would have not taken 9 minutes, more like 30 secondz: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlbMwuAZJQQ
Doubt it. Size matters on the ground. The first thing men always do when losing a standup fight against a smaller opponent is rush, take down, and beat down. She would probably do OK against a knockout gamer, however.
Not if the bigger foe tackles the smaller fighter, and knocks them off their feet. Smaller fighters off their feet are at a serious disadvantage due to weight. Smaller fighters need room to move and gain advantage from their agility, quickness, and greater endurance.
In other words...they want to be equal in the places that benefits them, but want to be treated as the weaker sex when it benefits them? Gotcha!
In high school and college, I knew about 15 females in the ROTC program. Those that could do +10 pull-ups, +20 push ups, excelling in running distance and so on along with being competitive... They were the ones that were also athletes on the high school or university sports team (e.g. soccer, softball, track & field, judo, rowing, volleyball and so on). In contrast, the ones that couldn't pass simple physical test requirements like pull-ups...they were the none athletes (didn't do sports). Maybe the military should look more closely at the athletic background of those they allow to join via using it as a screening requirement.
