so your suggestion is that everyone over a BMI of 30 kg/m2 be forced to risk their life with mandatory surgery but exempt all under 30?
If their obesity is the cause of other dangerous physical problems, yes of course. Same way people should give up smoking, drinking, or any other vice when it threatens their health and causes insurance rates to go up accordingly... Look, if people want to kill themselves via any measures, it is their own business as long as it does not cause harm to society or their family, etc. As long as there is no loss to society, let it be their choice. However, that is not the reality. Except for miscreants like you, most people who kill themselves slowly or quickly impacts society in a negative manner...and costs the taxpayers as a consequence...
Yes, we do need to stop the food industry from killing people by adding poisons to the food, especially additives that are physically addictive.
So, obesity is not the only requirement they must also have a "dangerous physical problem" CAUSED by the obesity? Such as what?
Should fat people be forced to get a lap band procedure? Do you guys realize what this thread is really about? Art/ZZZzzzzzzz/Optional777 is a self admitted FAT ass. (among other things) Apparently his computer sales are in the toilet, no surprise given the economy, so he'd like big government (tax payers) to foot the bill for his own lap band procedure.
He has an addictive personality and lacks control over his life so he wishes to abdicate that control to others.. that figures
Hell i got it now! he's ALREADY had the procedure paid for by health insurance convincing them HIS obesity is life threatening that's how he knows so much about it.. that means he had to have tried other non-invasive weightloss protocols but FAILED them all! what a LOOSER! priceless
Since you have no evidence supporting your false claims, there is no argument from you...which is typical. It really didn't take long for an ET miscreant like you to come alone and attack the messenger...classic GOP glue sniffer thinking...
