Should ET limit users to one screen name?

Whether you care or not is beside the point. Unless Baron decides to change it, it isn't going to change, regardless of what you think or want.

    You know,

The people that have multiple screen names are going to vote for option 1.

You guys have to start thinking before you put these kinds of "polls" up for measure.

Don't you know that is what makes these numbers even more convincing. The fact that one guy and all 12 of his aliases voted for number one and yet options 3 and 4 are still holding tight. Only makes the argument better.

  7. The content in ET is becoming more and more absurd, what with kids like James Stock running off at the mouth about how HUGE he is, and then patting himself on the back with his 16 other aliases . . .

Moreover, I find that not all, but most of the moderators could care less whether or not there are members posting ridiculous statements on ET.

As a result, the EGO's that are constantly crying out for attention with numerous screenames; sharing nothing of substance about their trading methodology will continue to poison the content of ET to such an extent that it will drive away genuine members who really are interested in sharing their trading methodologies and experiences.

    Maverick is right.
If you want ET to be a website that adds value, these aliases have to stop. Period.

  8. How about:

All members can get PM and join Chat room.

Paying members can post and start a thread in all forums...

Non-Paying members can start a thread but can't reply and access only in Community Forum and Feedback area....

  9. Rather than limit screen names, why not limit posting on ET by IQ rankings?

That would certainly kill the troll's habit of overposting.

Or we could give sobriety tests.
