And as far as the poll? Why are just asking if Charlie is shady? HELLOOOOO The whole dam network is shady, from who they chose to talk up or down the market in the morning straight through the day, to Jim Cramer. I won't mention Kudlow, because he's just a moron.

  2. What a total joke. Private equity having to rescue, no banks helping FRAUD.

  5. In my opinion, the piker should be put to the grind like Dan Rather was for spilling a story that was nothing but crap.

only the specialists and market makers should be allowed to short without an uptick, just like in the good old days. stocks should go to the moon because of rumor mongering . when the inevitable crash comes from ridiculous heights who cares if john q public pays the price.

do you have any connections to specialists or market makers?

eliminating the uptick rule made for a level playing field and will keep many stocks from reaching the sky which previously were the result of pump and
    dump operations.

Maybe he thought most people on this board were TRADERS, just like those specs and mms (so yes, there would be a connection), ALL of whom benefit from less efficiency, less noise, more trendy mkts, which you had with an uptick rule in place. I suppose if you're not really a trader, just some grunt scalper grinding out pennies here and there, it doesn't matter.
