  1. Of course and absolutely Gasparino should be thoroughly investigated.
There is no doubt that none whatsoever that he abused the CNBC rotten platform for self interest against all journalistic codes and etiquettes.
He used the horn to announce what was not news anyways since it was already known and the only reason the very same participants had not publicly announced the negotiations was because it was just that an effort to seek a potential solution and yet the charlatan comes on international financial TV and announces rumors as imminent!
CNBC should also be held responsible too, they stopped broadcasting extremely important news live to not cause sudden market moves like the jobless reports etc that they introduce a few seconds of dely into and yet this jerks shoots off his ig mouth live on a none substantiated rumor that caused billions of $'s of gains and losses? what if an insider trader had done the same thing? he/she would have got life and yet this jerk continues to shoot of his scam artist mouth freely and profit from it?
Any lawyers in the house? Can a collective lawsuit against him/cnbc be launched? how about writing a collective complaint to the congress/Feds./CIA/SEC????
Isn't this guy Gasparino working for Ben Laden? He should be extremely happy about having such financial terrorist having infiltrated the National/International TV networks to further hurt the presently ailing US/World economy...

  4. Looks like Charlie was up to his old tricks again today! His timing is perfect, wait until the market is way down then make a meaningless update to turn it around. IMO, he times them to prosper financially. Can't really blame him for this, I would do the same if I could.

  7. I think he should be investigated. They investigated Jim Cramer on less. He is a "journalist" and has a certain leeway, but freedom of speech is not absolute in financial markets. His own management should be embarrassed that he went with an unsourced rumour five minutes before the market closed, and the rumour later proved unfounded. As far as I'm poncerned he has no credibility now, but the problem is it doesn't matter what I think if others buy on his crap.

In real journalism, you get the Dan Rather treatment for too much of this. On CNBC it's business as usual. Of course if NBC had any standards, they wouldn't allow that psycho Olberman on MSNBC.

  8. So when will they do a new "when he speaks, the market moves" trailer to hype Gasparino?

  9. It was not an spelling error nor a typo Ivanovich(is that a Russian name(they so lack sense of humor and....I guess it takes centuries to fully wipe off the effects of the communist oppression, if ever))!
The humor was to westernize him, alongside the rest of the western world 's financial terrorists.
Bin's ideology was to harm the US financial center, in case you didn't get it and now with so many Ben's of our own, who needs Bin anymore?
Celebs go to jail for a ridiculous 50k insider's trading and Gasparino guy helps others enjoy multi Billion $ profits in a matter of minutes and at the cost of hurting hundreds of thousands of investors and becomes a hero!
The accumulation based on the insider's knowledge of this event started since the Sunday prior to Gasparino shooting his mouth off.
The ET crowd had noticed the unexplained rally and where wondering what the heck was going on?
Well this is what was going on, the Mafia was accumulating ahead of the announcement and then by Fri. the deal hadn't gone through yet and the market was not supporting the false rally anymore and had started the sell off already with the Mafia's pants all the way down!
The Mafia goes to their hitman Gasparino and the rest is history... the worthless sold charlatan does his part and the Mafia happily and successfully offloads the shit and makes Billions.
A week later, the SOB comes on bullshitting and the pour CNBC audience to confuse the issue and sweep it under the rug.
In fact the worthless Terrorist, started his damage control ever since the AAA rating was announced and even the beautiful Blond picked it up and got upset over it and did her best to tell the Bastard you were the one who pumped the world to buy this shit and now 24 hours later are trying to say that the AAA rating doesn't mean anything and at any moment it can be downgraded?
Ben Gasparino(Ladin) is Traitor, a financial Terrorist, a Charlatan and an agent of the Insider Trading Mafia and should be tried and water boarded until he also turns in his Mafia Bosses too.
It is amazing how this 90k persons strong Elite forum pays so little attention to the insider trading when 95% of them are at the least failing to make money off of trading, when 95% of them could have been successful, utilizing a 1p SMA had it not been for the Insider trader's Mafia and their filthy/rotten cheap agents the likes of Ben Gasparino.
No we're not the only ones who have picked up on this guy's dirty doings...Dick and GWB must be laughing their heads off that the world picks on them for spending 500b's(actually 2 Trillions) on the war when this guy does that in only a few minutes...
So is Bin, rolling over and holding his stomach and laughing his head off....sworn enemies COULD NOT have done so much damage to this poor ignorant nation as supposedly it's own Guardians do!
Now, take all the above with a grain of salt if you will and, what do you know you might even find yourself scratching your head wondering, did Gasparino really shafted me and my country all the way and got away with it too...?!
