Frustrated by stringent US short-sale rules for intraday trading, i am looking for other stock markets to trade in which the short-sale rules allow intraday shorting without having to "locate stock". What are the shorting rules on non-US stock markets like Canada, European countries, and Asian countries and how do they compare with US shorting rules?
