Where are the MCD bulls and uptrend followers gone? Imagine if I listned to that talk. I would have missed shorting it at the top. Glad I went against the crowd. I am going to post an article about this on RFT's Blog to explain things in more details. What do you think? Any comments on where it is heading?
Risk: When you first posted I assume you meant swingtrading on the dailys. Of course you can short micky d's intraday. I'm sure if you specified time frame next time people wont jump to conclusions as badly (probably).
One advantage to fading the crowd and shorting at the top when overbought is you can set a very tight stop and get a strong R/R out of the trade.
Despite all those trend followers out there who thought I was crazy and some even insulted me (read early posts), I shorted MCD at the absolute TOP. Now that they see a bear trend, it was time to buy from the sellers (new shorts?), and cover. Nailed MCD at top area of around 67, covered at around 51 today. Trend followers, you need to know more about timing the end of trends. It was foretold here and on RFT's blog. We now know the outcome.

In fact im sure you would go to great lengths to photoshop something.I know your full of shit and could not have held through friday and mondays upheaval...Even if you papertraded this,you closed it out mentally/paper months ago...
