shortable on downtick?

Can anyone tell me some good stocks to trade that you can short on a downtick? I trade NYSE and look for a stock with decent volume and some good intraday swings - $20-40 stock usually.

Just do a search for 'Short List A' stocks....some that i trade are GS, VLO, MRO, NUE, ATI, PD, HD, BSC, KSS...
