YES your so called tests were very bad tests, done by someone that don't uderstand how to perform a test, you did results on open and close of the market and as eveyone at the site knows Oscar trades 24 hrs a day..... Plenty of trades happen before open and close of the market So YES YOUR results were VERY FLAWED!!!!!!!! And yes on the site you can find ALL PAST OMNI RESULTS.
Paulds1 nice post But here you will find you have the blind leading the blind...... they love to bash here so as a Oscar member here welcome aboard and you will find no bashing there.
Quote from Trader0062: You rank as one of the truly clueless posters. In addition to my previous notes, as you are obvious a severely deficient individual (notice you didn't address any of my points???) YES your so called tests were very bad tests, done by someone that don't uderstand how to perform a test, you did results on open and close of the market and as eveyone at the site knows Oscar trades 24 hrs a day..... "very bad tests." OMG. OK, o clueless one. Let's make this REAL simple. a) Oscar posts OMNI in the early morning time, showing red (that is down, if you don't remember) and green (up)direction. This is almost always the prevailing direction for the day. Days with the rare change or no direction were eliminated. As a GOOD survey does. b) Next morning, Oscar does a new OMNI, so the previous day's is gone. c) Most of the action during most of the nights is BORING. Most of the action during most of the days is where everything happens. Thus, open to close is where its at. Do you think all the "OMNIACS" are waiting from 1-5am for OMNI to appear, or do you think they check before they go to work? d) OMNI, from May on, is pitiful So YES YOUR results were VERY FLAWED!!!!!!!! And yes on the site you can find ALL PAST OMNI RESULTS. There is no flaw. But now I know you are either a shill for the site or a juvenile trader who is still hooked on Oscar formula. You come across as a whiny baby looking for a change of diaper. NO NO NO!!! I WANT MY WAY!!!! WAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!! And yes on the site you can find ALL PAST OMNI RESULTS. Great. Quantify all the results the RIGHT way and present them here. Otherwise, STFU Call me again when you are on post number 100 or greater. Otherwise, you will be ignored. You are pathetic.
Quote from Trader0062: And yes on the site you can find ALL PAST OMNI RESULTS. Great. Quantify all the results the RIGHT way and present them here. Otherwise, STFU [/B][/QUOTE] One more thing. Here is Oscar's own definition of OMNI: The OMNI is Oscar's proprietary short term directional indicator used to assist in calling market direction. To "Keep It Simple", OMNI indicates its calls with a GREEN UP ARROW for bulls and RED DOWN ARROW for bears. Get it? He issues one a day, premarket. Most people trade during MARKET hours, when things happen and price normally fluctuates. OMNI is THE directional indicator that Oscar bases all his numbers and his position off of. If OMNI itself does not outperform, then it has no value. It can be tested on its own merits.
Quote from Trader0062: YES your so called tests were very bad tests... Trader0062, 8 of your 9 posts so far are in defense or discussion of Oscar. The other is about a five word statement that "the market is going down." You are a pathetic SHILL for Oscar's site.
It's just neutered-one cowering behind another sock puppet. One would think the moderators would be wise to mikey and his shills by now. Nonetheless, anyone who sides with the likes of mikey is either extremely naive, has a financial interest in the site succeeding, are desperately pinning their lost hopes and dreams on mikey as a last ditch effort before being forced to throw the towel in, or is simply two brain cells away from being classified as a corpse. Here are the facts once again for those of you who lack the mental capacity to follow along in a logical manner: *mikey claims to have worked on the floor of the NYSE for twenty-five years (no proof of that other than his "word" and a jacket he wears to try and lend credibility to his deceptive dog and pony show.) *mikey lost his job as a "step and fetch it" phone clerk, a supposedly menial job in which the best he was ever able to garner from it was a weekly paycheck. *mikey then began screen trading. As such, he failed miserably and became financially ruined falling behind on his mortgage payments. So much for his self-proclaimed trading acumen. *In desperation for money and with bill collectors swarming like vultures, he decides to join the ranks of countless other low-life snake-oil vendors by packaging and then selling his trading failures to unsuspecting dreamers too weak-minded to think logically or rationally. *mikey begins hawking his wares on youtube and creates an illusion of being a fortune teller of the markets by calling tops and bottoms and then using the light volume of nightly trading to manipulate trades to hit his targets. Star struck potential victims line up to see the show in awe and gasp "Oooooh, mikey good!!" *mikey posts a phone number and encourages anyone and everyone to call him; he wants to help. That was simply a charade to screen for investors to fund him money. *He sends his shills out to the trading forums and has them pose as satisfied customers to generate interest. Never mind that mikey was exposed for posting trades that never printed, or that he was a broke charlatan masterfully creating an illusion of deceit; the premise he was funny and entertaining is all that mattered to the mentally challenged who worship him. They come to his defense based on perception of false beliefs totally void of logic. Mission accomplished. *mikey experiences a severe losing streak, and responds by ridiculously claiming the big players are gunning for his stops and that giving exact targets are hurting his followers. Amazing how that hurt somehow miraculously went away with a subscription fee. *mikey claims to have a long standing successful track record, yet refuses to post such. When pushed, he claims to only look at yearly results. Of course, none of those records are posted on his commercially vile site either. The only trading record available for public view are the recent "omni" calls. When anyone does the math and exposes the abysmal track record of this year on his "land of oz" web-site, they are immediately deleted. Yet clue-deficit lemmings are following his calls, sending him money, praising his "service" based on nothing more than he is "entertaining." In summary, mikey, who uses a false name, who calls his system the "omini" (a name stolen from Ed Downs, by the way), who gives his followers cute nicknames in tune with a kindergarten mentality, who is practicing deceit and deception, is nothing more than a broke con artist who is reduced to working out of his garage hustling others out of their money. st

I simply added together all the OMNI calls (without their entry/exit numbers) using the next day open-to-close results, and posted them on a monthly basis. If OMNI is their proprietary directional indicator, then it should have value as a directional indicator!!! But the howls and calls that I used "bad testing" and "that I had an agenda" and that I couldn't test OMNI as standalone. This of course caused my thread and work to be eliminated. Frankly, I performed the test completely objectively and carefully. Wonder if they would have deleted it, had my work showed OMNI standalone to be profitable?? For crying out loud, I know how to do math and statistics.
