IMO the scandal will continue, as larger losses will be uncovered. Does S.G. has publicly traded shares? Does any broker (IB perhaps) trades them? By the way, S.G. is already plunging, since last april; http://www.euronext.com/trader/summ...7436150B296D?selectedMep=1&idInstrument=17529 so it seems like its a risk free short.
I had a feeling they were lying right from the start. Has anyone read liar's poker? Almost exactly the same thing happened @ Merrill Lynch back in the day. Found this to be extremely ironic.....History repeats itself.
