Short AAPL $620 I got 'em

  1. Those 515Ps are pricey! Good luck with the 615s. Vol is very high as shown by the cheap flies in APR05.

  2. agreed. The 620P look slightly better for an outright bet on the downside at the moment. Its a short term punt intended to be closed before the end of the session...

  4. btw, I was originally referring to the 615P. Thought the error was obvious but just wanted to clarify.

  9. people who been around for awhile see foolish posting like this a lot. you can go broke 20 times before your right shorting this stock. you have to respect money because its not easy to make it always. i hope you sold first thing in the morning but odds are your still in it because the spread is never easy to navigate and than you end up trading on hope.

  10. Really some of you are pathetic haha.

Still holding them, got some advice over the weekend and I think I will put the rest of my cash on hand on these. So 2 entries total, usually the standard for my type of trading.

I'll probably buy the 615's within the week if I can get a good entry (where I don't have to take a lot of initial loss, like the first entry)

My stop on this trade is covering if we get into the upper 620s.

If I would have covered these friday for profit, I would have put it back on today. The market is on fire lately, and I didn't see the S&P/nasdaq rallying this week, like it did today.

I do think we are due for a 4-5% correction in the market, the question is whether or not we will get one. Today my consensus went back the other way a little, but I still think there is a high chance of a 4-5% correction.
