Sears (SHLD - commentary - Cramer's Take - Rating) said domestic same-store sales for the two-month holiday season dropped 1.2% from a year ago at Kmart and fell 5.6% at Sears. The company said it expects to make $4.87 to $5.39 a share for the fourth quarter ending this month, up from $4.03 a year ago. Analysts were looking for $4.86. The company didn't buy back any stock during the nine weeks ended Dec. 30.
