"An hour after leaving court Thursday, Shkreli took to Facebook to render his judgment on the trial, marrying his cause with that of a certain leader of the free world. “My case is a silly witch hunt perpetrated by self-serving prosecutors. Thankfully my amazing attorney sent them back to junior varsity where they belong. Drain the swamp. Drain the sewer that is the DOJ. MAGA,” he wrote."

This was his lawyer's best deffense:

"Meanwhile, Shkreli spent two years sleeping in his office trying to launch Retrophin, he said."

I think there are 21 counts of accusations, so I say he gets to be guilty about half of them...

By the way, the next trial:

"If Shkreli is found guilty of a felony, Brafman said, the company would have clear grounds for forcing him out as CEO in 2014 and would gain ammunition in its $65 million lawsuit against him. Shkreli claims he was wrongfully terminated and is owed millions."

3 out of 8 is not guilty as sin. The sentencing guidelines can be very lenient, he could get no jail time because money was not lost...

Even if he gets jail time, I doubt it will be longer than 1 year...

The dumbass jury said not guilty on count #7 which was the heart of the case (as his laywer said) and it wasn't proven that he robbed his company to pay the investors (which he clearly did).
