Sure, but some places have relatively lower standards and I am afraid the US has slipped to the bottom of industrialized nations. Yeah, the US might be the richest country but: -America's healthcare system is crap compared to European countries -Americans have an average student debt of $30k while European countries have free universities It's actually considered okay to go into heavy debt in your teens to attend school. Some of the culture in the US is unhealthy.
