I don't know if you guys heard it, but Andover or Assent nowadays, or sungard, whatever, was slapped with a $300,000 fine.... for illegal shorts. And someone at the top (won't mention names) got his 24 revoked and barred for the next 5yrs from any managing capacity. What this means for traders - no idea - thought this was an interesting piece of news.
