The only time a court agreed to vet Obama's elgibility (Georgia) the law seems to have been contorted to accommodate him. Oddly, a few days later it was announced that George received approval to construct a nuclear energy plant (the first such approval by the Feds in 30 years) and billions in Federal loan guarantees. Coincidence? You decide.
